Personalized Family Solutions works with families of adolescents and young adults that are seeking assistance for mental health, behavioral struggles, failure to launch or academic concerns. As an educational and therapeutic consultant, advocate, crisis interventionist, resource expert and case manager, my role is to identify individualized resources, while educating and empowering a family in making therapeutic placement and academic decisions for their loved one, and then work for the family to collaborate with professionals, facilitate communication, provide updates, and support transition.
